Returns + Exchanges
THANK YOU for shopping with us at The Charm Bar Company! It’s important to us that you have a great shopping experience and that you love your purchase. If an item doesn’t work for you, we have a return policy that we hope will make the return process quick and easy! Exchange Policy
Due to inventory constantly changing, we are unable to offer exchanges. Please simply purchase the correct size and ship back the item you wish to return.
Return Policy
- We accept the RETURN of RETAIL merchandise in New Condition (please see description below), within 10 days of the date of receipt of shipment. After 10 days, items may be returned for store credit only.
- No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
- Please note that due to the hygienic nature of earrings, they are a final sale and may not be returned.
- Sale merchandise is final sale.
- Wholesale items are final sale. However, defective items/damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of shipment.

QUICK & EASY RETURNS PROCESS:
We offer two ways to return your merchandise purchased online:
- Visit us at The Charm Bar Company! To return your merchandise, please bring your items (in new condition with tags attached) along with your receipt, packing slip, or order confirmation.
- Return by Mail:
Please be advised that items returned that are not in new condition when returned to us (without The Charm Bar Company tags) will not be refunded. Refunds are processed within 3-4 days of receiving your return.
