Meet us

The Charm Bar Company’s story started with three friends who share a love of entrepreneurship, creativity, and faith. Though they each have different backgrounds, their unique skills converge, creating the perfect team.
Meet the Owners
Beth Vannoy, Founder & Partner
Beth Vannoy is a corporate attorney, starting the legal department of one of the nation’s largest exterior remodeling companies. She also founded Fruit of the Vine Boutique in 2019, a women’s apparel and accessories boutique.
Christie Younger, Founder & Partner
Beth met Christie Younger after Christie moved to Beth’s hometown. Christie is a highly sought-after and awarded artist whose work is collected and shown in prestigious galleries and collections worldwide. They made an instant connection and knew they wanted to go into business together, also founding a design company that fuses art and fashion, CB Grace Designs.

Ashley Frazier, Founder & Co-Partner
Ashley Frazier is a former project manager at a Fortune 500 Company. Ashley, a mutual friend of both women, began working at Fruit of the Vine Boutique in 2022, quickly becoming an invaluable asset.

In 2023, they became partners, expanding Fruit of the Vine Boutique to blend their talents together. Tired of low quality, over priced jewelry and charms, they took it upon themselves to source the best materials and hand make their own jewelry line.

Quickly growing, the three women officially founded The Charm Bar Company, a collection of classic accessories with a twist of trend. The Charm Bar Company offers charms, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings individually, as well as entire charm bar kits and packages to customers and wholesalers, removing the guess work out of sourcing and pricing for boutiques and party planners alike. The quick growth of the business was such a blessing, allowing them to bring more amazing women into the company.
